Refund and Returns Policy<\/strong> For the website:<\/strong> www.beautyelevate.club

1. Introductory Provisions<\/strong>
This Refund and Returns Policy governs the rights and obligations between the operator of the www.beautyelevate.club e-shop and the consumer (customer) regarding the return of goods and the submission of claims.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Return of Goods Without a Reason)<\/strong>
In accordance with Act No. 108\/2024 Coll. on Consumer Protection, the customer (a natural person \u2013 consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without stating a reason within 14 calendar days<\/strong> of receiving the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of their decision via email at secret@beautyelevate.club before the 14-day period expires.

The customer is obliged to send the goods back to the operator’s address no later than 14 days from the day the right of withdrawal was exercised.

The direct costs associated with returning the goods (shipping) are borne by the customer in this case.

We will refund the payment for the returned goods (including the standard delivery costs incurred during the original order) no later than 14 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal. However, we reserve the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been delivered to us or until the customer provides proof of shipment.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (IMPORTANT FOR COSMETICS)<\/strong>
For health protection and hygiene reasons (pursuant to Section 19(1)(e) of Act No. 108\/2024 Coll.), it is not possible to withdraw from the contract and return cosmetic products and skincare formulations that were delivered in sealed protective packaging if the customer has unsealed or opened the product.<\/strong>
Goods can only be returned within 14 days if they are completely unused, unopened, and in their original, intact protective packaging.

4. Liability for Defects and Claims (Defective Goods)<\/strong>
We pride ourselves on premium quality; however, should a problem arise, the customer has the right to file a claim.

Warranty Period:<\/strong> Consumer goods (cosmetics) are covered by a statutory warranty period of 24 months, unless an expiration date or best-before date is indicated on the product packaging, in which case the warranty lasts until that date.

What constitutes a defect:<\/strong> A defect is considered to be, for example, damaged packaging that compromised the contents during transit, the delivery of a product other than the one ordered, or an expiration date that had passed prior to delivery. An individual allergic reaction to any of the ingredients (we strongly recommend always reading the ingredient list on our website) or normal wear and tear cannot be considered a defect.

Claim Resolution:<\/strong> In the event of an approved claim, the customer has the right to have the goods exchanged for a new item. If an exchange is not possible (e.g., the item is out of stock), the customer is entitled to a reasonable discount or a refund of the purchase price.

5. Procedure for Returns or Claims<\/strong>

Contact us via email at secret@beautyelevate.club<\/strong>. Please write “Return” or “Claim” along with your order number in the subject line.

Briefly describe the reason in the email (in the case of a claim, please attach photographs of the defective goods and packaging).

Upon our confirmation, securely pack the goods, enclose a copy of the invoice, and send it to our address: beep.world, Cintor\u00ednska 22, Bratislava 81108, Slovakia<\/strong>. (We do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments).

We will process the claim as quickly as possible, but no later than 30 days from the date it was filed.

6. Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)<\/strong>
If the customer is not satisfied with how we handled their claim or believes we have violated their rights, they have the option to contact an alternative dispute resolution entity (e.g., the Slovak Trade Inspection, www.soi.sk). Customers within the EU can also use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available at: http:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/consumers\/odr\/<\/a>.
